Reissue Order

This endpoint allows you to reissue an SSL order by providing a certificate signing request (CSR).

Change of SAN

Any SAN supported products allowed to add SANs, up to the supported SAN limit respectively. A few conditions required to take into account:

All SAN in current order must be exists in the submitted CSR.

You can always add new SAN but can't remove any SAN from order.

Newly added SAN will incur additional charge.

Recalculate additional SAN price

Get Order Info

Utilize Get Order Info endpoint to retrieve current order info, include list & number of SANs.

Check existing SANs

Make sure all current ordered SAN is in the new CSR. Or it will failed.

Use Decode CSR to extract the new SAN list.

Price the new SANs

New SANs will incur additional charge, please count the new SANs and charge to end customer.

Use Get Product Price for price of additional SAN.

Submit the Reissue Order

Submit the Reissue Order with new CSR.

Process with DCV & OV/EV process

Various Domain Validations endpoints.

Check DCV Status will post DCV force check to CA.

Provide your bearer token in the

Authorization

header when making requests to protected resources.
